From visual storytelling to AI-powered product design.

My design journey started in animation and visual storytelling, where I learned the power of creating experiences that communicate, engage, and connect with people. That foundation eventually led me to UX, product design, research, and design strategy—and nearly 20 years later, that same curiosity continues to shape how I design.

Today, I bring together human-centered design, technology, research, visual craft, and strategic thinking to solve complex problems and turn them into experiences that feel simple, intuitive, and purposeful.

I’m particularly passionate about designing for complex enterprise systems and emerging technologies, including AI-powered experiences, conversational interfaces, semantic search, and intelligent workflows. I enjoy working at the intersection of people, technology, and business—where the problem isn't always clearly defined and the best solution requires asking better questions.

What I Do Best

Make complexity simple.

Turn complicated workflows, information, and systems into clear and intuitive experiences.

Connect research to strategy.

Use research, data, and human insight to identify the right problems and guide meaningful design decisions.

Turn ideas into scalable products.

Move seamlessly from strategy and flows to high-fidelity design, design systems, and implementation.

Design thoughtful AI experiences.

Explore how AI can make products more contextual, useful, transparent, and human-centered.

Build systems that help teams move faster.

Create scalable design systems, reusable patterns, and collaborative processes that improve consistency and accelerate delivery.

How I Think

I believe great design isn't just about making something look better. It's about understanding the problem deeply, challenging assumptions, bringing people together, and creating solutions that work in the real world.

My approach is grounded in a simple design flywheel:

  1. Understand
  2. Define
  3. Explore
  4. Validate
  5. Build
  6. Learn

Every project is an opportunity to learn something new—from users, from technology, from the team, and from the problem itself.

Beyond the Screen

I'm naturally curious and always looking for new ways to create and learn. My background in visual arts and storytelling continues to influence how I see design—not just as a process, but as a way of making ideas tangible and connecting people with possibilities.

Whether I'm designing an enterprise product, exploring an AI experience, facilitating a workshop, or experimenting creatively, I'm always asking the same question:

How can we make something complex feel a little more human?
